1. dougslistzlo is a free service. I post ads for which I receive no remuneration. No other services are provided.
2. dougslistzlo is for the advertising of items and services offered or wanted by individuals only. Real Estate ads, For Sale and Rent, will be accepted only from private owners. Any changes to any portion of these policies will be announced.
3. Respond only to the contact in the listing. dougslistzlo is not an intermediary to any transaction. All transactions resulting from an ad on dougslistzlo are between the individuals who submit the ad and those who respond to it.
4. When submitting an ad, please be sure to enter your preferred contact information in the body of your Ad Request. This will help assure your privacy.
5. For Sale Items are being offered in Manzanillo, Mexico. As a courtesy to all who may read these Ads, please list prices in PESOS when possible.
6. I may correct minor typos, but please describe your listing exactly as you wish it to appear.
7. I shall attempt to insert up to four low resolution photos and images when possible. Images will always be inserted below your ad.
8. dougslistzlo will, upon request, correct any inaccuracies in an ad posting which you have submitted.
9. Ads of an offensive nature will be rejected.
10. Ads will be deleted upon request, or chronologically as space becomes constrained.
11. For quality control purposes, no listings can be entered directly into this site.
12. Suggestions for improvement are welcome.
13. FREE. Please remember this service is being offered Free. I ask that you bear with occasional mistakes. And, I do take time off to play golf and travel.
